The Customer has experienced substantial growth in India, catering to over 5000 customers. Due to this growth, they were in need of a robust logistics technology platform to effectively oversee distribution operations across 5 Plants and 5 warehouses throughout India.

The key aspects that required management included dispatches, performance of transporters, shipment tracking, logistics staff coordination, and SLA management. One of their main challenges was the ability to trace packages and collaborate efficiently with transporters, as well as handling invoice reconciliation.
